Ingredients
- 4 tbsp dried onion
- 2 tbsp lime powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne optional
- 2 tbsp buttermilk powder
Instructions
To Make Guacamole
- 3–4 ripe avocados
- 1–2 tbsp mix
- Mash avocados → stir in mix → taste → adjust.
- Add a splash of water or lime juice if needed.
Notes
Add some chopped red onion for bite.
Add a drained can of Rotel to bulk it up
