Copycat Crumbl Cinnamon Swirl Cookie Recipe
Vanilla Sugar Cookie Base
- 1 1/2 cups salted butter softened
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 4 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 3 tsp baking powder

- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp butter melted

- 4 oz cream cheese room temperature
- 2 cups powdered sugar

- Preheat the oven to 350°.

- Scrape the sides of the bowl and add the eggs, vanilla and oil. Mix until combined.
