  • 2 lbs beef chuck roast cut into thin strips

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
