How to Make Pudding from the Mix

  2. Combine: Whisk it with 2 cups of milk (or half-and-half for a creamier texture) in a heavy-bottomed saucepan.
  3. Cook: Bring the mixture to a medium boil over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent burning.
  4. Enhance Flavor: Once thickened, stir in 1 tablespoon of butter and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  5. Serve: Divide into bowls and enjoy warm, or chill for a classic cold pudding experience.

Tips for the Perfect Chocolate Pudding

  • Smooth Texture: Use a whisk to combine the mix and milk thoroughly before heating.
  • Double Chocolate Delight: Stir in a handful of chocolate chips while the pudding is still hot.
  • Garnish: Top with whipped cream, shaved chocolate, or fresh berries for an extra indulgent dessert.
