At this time, This Old Baker is not hiring, and we don’t have plans to expand our team in the foreseeable future. This is a small, intentionally run business built around thoughtful, from-scratch food, pantry mixes, and a slower, hands-on way of doing things. Keeping our team small allows us to stay true to that mission, maintain quality, and keep our focus where it belongs—on creating reliable recipes and resources for home cooks. While we truly appreciate the interest and kind inquiries, we’re not accepting applications now or anticipating future openings.
