  • Combine dry ingredients in jar or quart bag.
  • To prepare: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Then cream 1 cup butter or margarine, softened, and 2 eggs. Add the entire dry mix and blend till well mixed. Shape dough into 1″ balls. Take 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon and combine in a bowl then roll the cookie dough balls in cinnamon & sugar. Bake 2″ apart on ungreased baking sheets in 350F oven for 15-18 minutes.
