Microwave Sugar Cookie Fudge
Ingredients
- 1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 ¼ cup sugar cookie mix
- sprinkles of your choice
Instructions
- Prepare a 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper and a thin layer of non-stick spray. Set aside.
- Add sweetened condensed milk, white chocolate chips and sugar cookie mix in a microwave safe glass bowl. Heat for 90 seconds, let set for one min and stir until smooth.
- Stir in a generous amount of Christmas sprinkles.
