  • Line your 8x8 with parchment, same as before.
  • In a large microwave-safe bowl, whisk together: the sweetened condensed milk, 1 cup all-purpose flour,
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Microwave in 30 second bursts, stirring well between each round until the mixture is warm, smooth, and no longer grainy. (Usually 1½–2 minutes total.)
  • Melt in the good stuff: white chocolate chips, butter, vanilla and almond extract
  • Microwave in 15–20 second bursts, stirring each time, until fully melted and glossy.
  • (White chocolate scorches easily, so low and slow wins.)
  • Spread into your parchment-lined pan, working fast. Add sprinkles and press lightly. Refrigerate 1–2 hours until set.
