Line your 8x8 with parchment, same as before.
In a large microwave-safe bowl, whisk together: the sweetened condensed milk, 1 cup all-purpose flour,
1/2 cup granulated sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Microwave in 30 second bursts, stirring well between each round until the mixture is warm, smooth, and no longer grainy. (Usually 1½–2 minutes total.)
Melt in the good stuff: white chocolate chips, butter, vanilla and almond extract
Microwave in 15–20 second bursts, stirring each time, until fully melted and glossy.
(White chocolate scorches easily, so low and slow wins.)
Spread into your parchment-lined pan, working fast. Add sprinkles and press lightly. Refrigerate 1–2 hours until set.
