Copycat Crumbl Key Lime Pie Cookies
Ingredients
Graham Cracker Cookie
- 1 1/2 cups butter softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 3 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 3 cups crushed graham crackers 2 sleeves
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
Key Lime Pie Filling + Toppings
- 2 8 oz blocks cream cheese room temperature
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2-3/4 cup lime juice
- 4 tbsp powdered sugar
- 2 limes cut into wedges

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 °F. Cream together the butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar.
- Add the egg and vanilla. Mix until light in color and creamy.
