Ingredients
 
 

  • 3 cups cornmeal
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon salt

Instructions
 

  • To Make Cornbread:
  • Preheat oven to 400 F. Grease an 8x8 pan
  • Add 3 cups dry mix, 2 eggs, 1 cup milk and 1/2 cup melted (unsalted) butter. Combine wet to dry ingredients, pour into a greased baking pan and bake for 20-30 minutes.
