Instructions

Make the Dough

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a large bowl, combine cookie base mix, butter, eggs, and vanilla.
  • Mix until a soft dough forms.
  • Fold in chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, toffee bits and oats.

Shape & Bake

  • Scoop large portions of dough (about ¼ cup each) for thick cookies.
  • Roll into balls and gently flatten slightly.
  • Place on a lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes, until edges are set and centers are soft.
  • Let cool slightly before serving (or don’t… no judgment).

Notes

Cream butter and sugars for a full 3 minutes — this builds the structure that keeps cookies thick. Use old-fashioned rolled oats, not quick or instant. Quarter-cup scoops minimum for Crumbl-style thickness. Pull from oven when centers still look underdone — they finish on the hot pan. Dough freezes perfectly; bake from frozen at 350°F for 13-15 minutes.
