Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzel Mason Jar Cookies
Mix chocolate chips, peanut butter, and crushed pretzels in a mason jar for a delightful cookie blend. Bake the mixture until golden brown for a sweet and salty treat.
Ingredients
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup white sugar
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup peanut butter chips
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- ½ cup pretzels chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper. In a large bowl, mix 1/2 cup melted butter, 1 egg and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Add the entire jar of cookie mix and stir together. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheets and bake for 12-14 minutes. Enjoy!
