Brownie Mason Jar Mix

- 1 cup + 2 Tablespoons flour
- ⅔ cup packed brown sugar
- ⅔ cup sugar
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ⅓ cups cocoa
- ½ cups chocolate chips
- ½ cups chopped walnuts optional
Instructions
- Add ingredients to a 1 quart canning jar (or quart-size zip-top plastic bag) in the order listed.
- Include the following instructions for using the mix:
- Mix contents of jar with: 2 eggs, ¼ cup water, ⅔ cup oil (this can be your choice of vegetable, coconut, olive or avocado oil), and 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Pour into a greased 9″ square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until an toothpick inserted comes out clean.
