Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan add the sweetener and the water, then stir together.
  • Place the saucepan on the stove and set it to medium-low heat, constantly stirring. Do not bring to a boil. Let simmer until the sweetener is completely dissolved and is translucent.
  • Remove from the heat. Add the heavy cream, unsweetened almond milk, and vanilla. Whisk until it’s all combined.
  • Let the creamer cool to room temperature.
  • Pour the creamer into a mason jar or any other container with a lid.
  • Store in the fridge for 7 days.
