Homemade sugar-free coffee creamer is a healthier alternative to store-bought options, allowing you to control the ingredients and sweetness level. It's easy to make with simple ingredients like milk, cream, and a sugar substitute of your choice.
In a small saucepan add the sweetener and the water, then stir together.
Place the saucepan on the stove and set it to medium-low heat, constantly stirring. Do not bring to a boil. Let simmer until the sweetener is completely dissolved and is translucent.
Remove from the heat. Add the heavy cream, unsweetened almond milk, and vanilla. Whisk until it’s all combined.
Let the creamer cool to room temperature.
Pour the creamer into a mason jar or any other container with a lid.
