No Knead, No Yeast, No Rise Bread

I want to share with you a fantastic recipe for a no knead, no yeast bread. It’s perfect for those times when you’re craving homemade bread but don’t have the time or ingredients for a traditional yeast-based loaf.

To make this bread, you’ll need just a few simple ingredients that you likely already have in your pantry. The main components are flour, baking powder, salt, and milk. Yes, you read that right – no yeast required!

The process is incredibly straightforward. You’ll start by combining the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Then, gradually add in the milk while stirring until a sticky dough forms. Don’t worry if it looks a little messy; that’s perfectly normal for this recipe.

Next, you’ll transfer the dough onto a floured surface and gently shape it into a round loaf. Place the loaf onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and score the top with a sharp knife. This will help the bread expand in the oven and create that beautiful rustic look.

Now comes the fun part – baking! Pop the bread into a preheated oven at 450°F (230°C) and let it work its magic. In about 30 minutes, you’ll be greeted with a golden brown loaf that fills your kitchen with an irresistible aroma.

Once the bread is done, resist the temptation to cut into it right away. Allow it to cool on a wire rack for at least 10 minutes to ensure the texture sets properly. Then, go ahead and slice into it to reveal the soft, fluffy interior.

This no knead, no yeast bread is incredibly versatile. You can enjoy it as is, spread with butter or your favorite jam, or even use it to make sandwiches. The possibilities are endless!

I highly recommend giving this recipe a try whenever you’re in the mood for fresh, homemade bread but don’t have the time for traditional methods. With its simplicity and delicious results, it might just become your go-to bread recipe.
