- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Chocolate Cake Mixes
- 1 cup and 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 6 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions
- Whisk together the ingredients and store the mixture in an airtight container. Whenever you want to increase a 15.25-ounce cake mix to 18.25 ounces, add 3 ounces of this mixture (approximately six tablespoons) to your existing cake mix.
- Follow your original 15.25 box instructions for liquids and other ingredients.
