- ¾ cup instant coffee
- ¾ cup powdered creamer or oatmeal powdered creawmer
- ⅓ cup sugar or sugar substitute such as swerve
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ¼ tsp cream of tartar optional but gives it that "snickerdoodle bite of flavor"
Instructions
- To serve: Mix 3 tablespoons Snickerdoodle Coffee Mix with 8–10 oz hot water or milk. Stir well, top with whipped cream or a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar if you’re feelin’ fancy.
- Shelf Life: 6–8 months airtight, cool & dry.
