  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat softened butter, egg, and vanilla until creamy.
  • Add the contents of the jar and mix until fully combined. The dough will be thick.
  • Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
