Ingredients
Dry Mix Ingredients (Layer in this order for prettiest stripes):
- 1 cup powdered milk or dairy free powdered alternative such as oatmilk
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ¼ cup powdered sugar or sugar-free alternative.
- ¼ cup crushed peppermint candies the pretty red-and-white dust makes it sparkle
Optional Add-Ins (Choose one for flair):
- 1 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vanilla powder

Instructions
For Gifting:
- Add powdered milk and lightly tap the jar to level.
