Instructions
*To make your own lemon zest powder: spread fresh zest on a baking sheet and dry in a low oven (170°F) or dehydrator, then grind finely.
Instructions
In a small bowl or a quart mason jar, combine sugar, lemon zest powder, and lemon juice powder (if using).
Stir until evenly blended.
Pour into a clean mason jar. Seal tightly.
Store in a cool, dry place up to 6 months.
