  • To make the cake:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a standard loaf pan.
  • Empty jar mix into a large bowl. Whisk to combine.
  • Add:
  • 3 large eggs
  • ¾ cup melted butter (or oil)
  • ¾ cup milk (or buttermilk for extra tang)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional, but recommended)
  • Stir until smooth, then pour into pan.
  • Bake 45–50 minutes, until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Cool completely.
  • Optional Glaze: Whisk 1 cup powdered sugar with 2 Tbsp lemon juice. Drizzle over cooled cake.
