1 cup dry milk powder
1 cup instant vanilla pudding mix powder store-bought or homemade
½ cup powdered sugar
½ cup finely ground toasted pecans
2 tbsp instant butter flavor powder or butter powder if available
1 tbsp brown sugar finely ground
1 tsp salt

Instructions

Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the ingredients and store in a cool, dry place for up to 3 months.
To Make: In a mixing bowl, combine ½ cup of the pudding mix with 1 cup of milk or half and half. Whisk vigorously for about 2 minutes, or until the mixture starts to thicken.
