  • Add all ingredients to a large bowl.
  • Whisk thoroughly until fully combined and evenly blended.
  • Pour into a standard pint-size mason jar or airtight container.
  • Store in a cool, dry place.
  • To Make Yellow Rice
  • 1 cup uncooked white rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons yellow rice seasoning mix
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon butter or oil
  • Add the rice, water, seasoning mix, and optional butter or oil to a saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  • Stir once, cover, and reduce heat to low.
  • Simmer for 15–18 minutes or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
  • Remove from heat and let sit covered for 5 minutes.
  • Fluff with a fork before serving.
