Homemade Grape Jelly From 100% Juice
Making grape jelly from 100% juice involves combining the juice with sugar and pectin, then boiling the mixture until it reaches the proper gel stage. The hot jelly is then poured into sterilized jars and processed in a water bath for preservation.

Combine grape juice and pectin in a saucepan and bring to a rolling boil.
Do NOT add the sugar before you bring the pectin to a boil.
After the pectin/juice mixture has come to a rolling boil, stir in the sugar. Bring it back up to a full rolling boil that cannot be stirred down, and boil for a full minute.
Remove from the heat. Spoon off any foam that has appeared.
Ladle the jelly into your clean jars, screw on the lids, and water bath can for 10 minutes. Remove the jars and let the jelly cool to room temperature before storing.
