  • Dry Mix Ingredients (layer in this order):
  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup light brown sugar (packed)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (use gluten-free certified)
  • ½ cup chopped almonds (toasted for best flavor, optional)
  • 👉 Tip: Tap down each layer gently and wipe the inside of the jar with a clean towel for clean lines.
  • 🥣 Wet Ingredients to Add Later:
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened or melted)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 👩‍🍳 Baking Instructions (include on tag):
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, beat together 1/2 cup butter, 2 eggs, and 1 tsp vanilla.
  • Add contents of jar and stir until combined.
  • Scoop tablespoon-sized balls onto parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake 10–12 minutes until golden on edges. Cool on sheet 5 minutes before transferring.

Shelf Life: 4–6 months in a cool, dry place
