Freezer Prep Instructions

  • Label a gallon-size freezer bag with the recipe name, date, and cooking instructions.
  • Add all ingredients to the bag. Seal and massage gently to combine and coat the chicken.
  • Lay flat and freeze for up to 3 months.

To Cook (After Thawing Overnight in Fridge)

    Grill or Stove:

    • Cook over medium heat for 6–8 minutes per side, or until internal temp reaches 165°F.

    Oven-Baked:

    • Preheat oven to 400°F.
    • Bake in a dish for 25–30 minutes or until juices run clear.

    Slow Cooker:

    • Dump contents into slow cooker.
    • Cook on low for 5–6 hours or high for 3–4 hours.

    Instant Pot (from thawed or frozen):

    • Cook on high pressure for 15 minutes + quick release.
    • Add ¼ cup broth or water if needed for pressure.
