In a medium mixing bowl, add your instant coffee, dry milk, powdered creamer, sugar, and vanilla powder. Give it a gentle stir to mix the layers before blending.
Blend for a Smooth Café-Style Texture
Pour the mixture into a food processor or blender. Pulse 6–10 times until the mix looks soft, uniform, and slightly finer in texture.
This step helps everything dissolve beautifully in hot water.
Fill Your Pint Jar
Spoon the blended mixture into a clean, dry pint mason jar. Tap the jar gently on the counter to settle the mix without packing it down.
Add Serving Instructions to the Tag
Stir 2–3 tablespoons of mix into 8 ounces of hot water. Add more if you like it bold and café-shop rich.
Seal & Store
Tighten the lid and store in a cool, dry pantry for up to 6 months.
