This savory Everything Bagel seasoning blend combines dried garlic, onion, sesame, poppy seeds, and salt for the perfect crunchy, garlicky topping. Sprinkle it on buttered popcorn, avocado toast, or roasted veggies for an instant flavor boost.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp dried minced onion
- 2 tbsp dried minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds sub in hemp seeds if sensitive
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds sub in flax seeds if sensitive
- 1 tsp salt can be omitted if salt-free
Instructions
- Mix together and pour into a 3.4 oz shaker bottle. This blend is also great on avocado toast, roasted veggies, or cream cheese bagels! You can use it as unexpected twist to popcorn. Lightly oil popcorn, sprinkle 1–2 teaspoons per 6 cups, and toss well.
