Dry Breakfast Skillet Base

This is not seasoning. This is a foundation. One jar turns into country breakfast hash, sausage gravy starter, egg bake base, and breakfast burrito filling — all using the same dry mix. One pint jar makes 6–8 hearty breakfasts, with even more smaller uses.
