  • You’ll need to add:
  • ½ cup (1 stick) butter, melted and cooled
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • To Bake:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Pour the entire jar contents into a large mixing bowl and stir to combine.
  • Add melted butter, egg, and vanilla. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  • Scoop dough into 1½-tablespoon balls and place 2 inches apart on the baking sheet.
  • Bake 10–12 minutes, until edges are set and centers are still soft.
  • Cool on the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
  • Makes: about 18–20 cookies

Notes

Swap half the white chocolate chips for vanilla baking chips
Add ½ teaspoon orange zest to the dough for a bakery-style pop
Drizzle cooled cookies with melted white chocolate for gifting
