You’ll need to add:
½ cup (1 stick) butter, melted and cooled
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
To Bake:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pour the entire jar contents into a large mixing bowl and stir to combine.
Add melted butter, egg, and vanilla. Mix until a soft dough forms.
Scoop dough into 1½-tablespoon balls and place 2 inches apart on the baking sheet.
Bake 10–12 minutes, until edges are set and centers are still soft.
Cool on the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Makes: about 18–20 cookies
