Instructions
In a saucepan, melt 2 tbsp butter or oil.
Add the jar mix and stir for 1–2 minutes to toast lightly.
Stir in 4 cups water (or part water/stock) and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
Fluff with a fork and serve with tacos, enchiladas, or fajitas. 🌮
