Usage Ideas
Taco Meat: Add 2–3 tbsp per pound of ground beef or chicken with ½ cup water, simmer until absorbed.
Grilled Veggies: Sprinkle generously over zucchini, peppers, or corn before roasting or grilling.
Beans & Rice: Stir 1–2 tbsp into black beans, pinto beans, or Spanish rice.
Popcorn: Add 1 tsp to melted butter and drizzle over popcorn for a smoky kick.
Salt-free means you need to use more than you would with a salted blend. Season generously before and during cooking. For low-sodium cooking, pair with unsalted broth and let people add salt at the table. Chipotle fades fastest — if the blend smells mild, make a fresh batch.
