Ingredients
- 1 cup half-and-half or ½ cup heavy cream + ½ cup milk
- ¾ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons white chocolate chips or white chocolate syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon almond extract that’s the secret bakery note
- ½ teaspoon butter extract optional, for that frosting flavor
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: sprinkle of red & green sugar crystals for fun they’ll dissolve but look festive in the jar
Instructions
- Warm & Melt:
- In a small saucepan, combine half-and-half, sweetened condensed milk, and white chocolate chips over low heat. Stir constantly until smooth and warm (don’t boil).
- Flavor It Up:
- Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla, almond, butter extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Cool & Store:
- Pour into a clean glass jar or bottle. Keep refrigerated up to 10 days. Shake before each use.
