Notes

This pint jar makes about 12 single servings or 3 full family meals, depending on how you use it.
Shake the jar before each use—this mix is meant to be fully blended, not layered.
Shelf Life
Up to 6 months when stored:
In an airtight jar
In a cool, dry pantry
Away from heat, light, and moisture
Why 6 months (not 12)?
This mix contains powdered milk, which shortens shelf life compared to all-dry veggie or spice blends. Six months keeps flavor fresh and avoids that stale dairy note.
If using nonfat powdered milk, you may safely push closer to 9 months with excellent storage.
For longer storage, you can:
Store without powdered milk, then add milk at cooking time
Vacuum seal the jar
Always shake before scooping—cornstarch and tomato powder like to settle.
