- 1½ tablespoons fine sea salt
- 3 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons granulated garlic
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- ¼ cup dried jalapeño flakes
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon dried orange peel powder
- ¼ teaspoon citric acid
- ¼ teaspoon cornstarch optional, anti-caking
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a medium bowl.
- Whisk thoroughly until evenly combined.
- Funnel into a clean, dry half-pint mason jar.
- Seal tightly and shake before each use.
- Shelf life: up to 6 months in a cool, dry pantry.
