Instructions
In a bowl, stir together all ingredients until evenly mixed.
Spoon into a half-pint mason jar, seal tightly, and label.
Store up to 12 months in a cool, dark pantry.
💛 To Make the Dip:
Combine 3 tablespoons mix with
1 cup sour cream + ½ cup mayonnaise.
Stir well and chill at least 1 hour before serving (overnight is even better).
Garnish with extra chives or a sprinkle of mix.
🍟 Variations:
Lightened-up: Use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
Hot Dip: Stir mix into softened cream cheese, then bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
Caramelized twist: Add 1 tablespoon of finely chopped sautéed onions to the dip for that “fresh from the skillet” depth.
Notes
Use this same seasoning as a rub for burgers, sprinkle into roasted potatoes, or whisk into buttermilk dressing for an easy onion-herb ranch vibe.
