Copycat Kinder’s Honey Chipotle

- ¼ cup light brown sugar lightly packed
- 3 tbsp honey powder
- 1 ½ tbsp kosher salt
- 1 tbsp sweet paprika
- 1 ½ tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp chipotle chili powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp mustard powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper optional for heat
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
Instructions
- Rub 1–2 tablespoons per pound of chicken, pork, or ribs. Let sit at least 30 minutes before cooking to let the sweetness caramelize into that smoky-spicy crust.
