- 3 tbsp butter powder
- 2 tbsp dried minced onion
- 2 tbsp kosher salt
- 1 1/2 tbsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 tbsp dried parsley
- 1 tbsp dried chives
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- ½ tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp white pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk everything together until evenly combined.
- Pour into a half-pint mason jar (wide-mouth makes it easier).
- Store in a cool pantry for 6–9 months.
- To Use
- Sprinkle generously on steaks, chicken, salmon, potatoes, roasted veggies, and even popcorn.
- For extra buttery magic, add 1 tbsp of melted butter to your meat before seasoning.
