Notes

Storage: 3–4 months in an airtight container
Serving suggestion: Use 1–2 teaspoons per pound of meat or vegetables.
Shake jar before each use — butter powder can settle to the bottom. For a lower-sodium version, reduce salt and taste before adding more. Citric acid can be found in the canning section or ordered online — don't skip it.
