Copycat Crumbl Lemon Glaze Cookie
A soft, thick bakery-style cookie with a bright lemon flavor and a smooth, tangy glaze on top. This simple base mix version gives you that fresh, citrusy bite with a perfectly sweet finish.
Ingredients
- 2½ cups base cookie mix
- ½ cup butter softened
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp milk more if needed
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice more if needed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet.
- Cream butter and egg, mix in base mix and lemon zest. Add milk if needed.
- Scoop and bake 10–12 minutes. Cool completely.
- Whisk glaze ingredients and drizzle over cookies.
