To Use

  • Use approximately:

  • ground pork
  • ground chicken
  • ground turkey
  • or a pork/beef blend
  • For the most authentic flavor, mix the seasoning into the meat and refrigerate overnight before cooking.

Mild Version

  • Reduce or omit the crushed red pepper flakes.

Hot Italian Sausage Version

  • Increase crushed red pepper flakes to 2 teaspoons.
