- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp butter powder optional for richness
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk 1 egg, ¾ cup milk, and ¼ cup melted butter.
- Add jar contents and stir just until combined.
- Spread half the batter in a greased 8×8 pan. Sprinkle half the topping mix.
- Add remaining batter, then top with remaining crumb mix.
- Bake 30–35 minutes at 350°F.
