Instructions
Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl. Stir/whisk until combined evenly. Transfer to a quart mason jar.
Seal jar tightly. Store in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
Cooking Instructions (attach to jar tag)
In a bowl, whisk together:
1 cup Cinnamon Apple Pancake Mix
¾ cup milk (or water)
1 large egg
2 tablespoons melted butter or oil
Stir until just combined (batter will be slightly lumpy).
Cook on a hot griddle or skillet until bubbles form, flip, and cook until golden brown.
Serve with butter, maple syrup, or warm sautéed apples on top. 🍎🧇
