Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the entire contents of the jar and mix until a thick dough forms.
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden and caramel is melted.
Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minute. You can do an optional drizzle with a simple icing made from ½ cup powdered sugar + 1 tbsp milk or you can top with flaked sea salt. Enjoy warm or store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
