Preheat oven to 350 °F. Mix together the pie filling, caramel topping and cinnamon in the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking pan.
Prepare the streusel crisp topping by mixing together the flour, sugars, and oats in a mixing bowl. Cut in cubes of cold butter with a pastry cutter or two knives. Sprinkle the crisp streusel topping over the filling mixture in the 9×13 inch pan. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until the filling is bubbly around the edges and the oatmeal topping is golden brown
