Buttermilk Ranch Mix

1 cup dry buttermilk
2½ tablespoons dried parsley
2 tablespoons dried chives
2 teaspoons dried dill
2½ teaspoons garlic powder
1½ teaspoons onion powder
1½ teaspoons dried onion flakes
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne

Instructions

For Buttermilk Ranch Dressing:
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
3 tbsp homemade ranch mix
⅔ to 1 cup buttermilk (or water) to thin to your liking
For Ranch Dip:
1 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
2–3 tbsp homemade ranch mix
A splash of buttermilk (optional) to adjust consistency
