Instructions
Mix well and store airtight up to 3 months.
🍫 Per Batch (1 pan / “1 box”)
Use 2 1/2 cups mix, then add:
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil or melted butter
1/4 cup water
Bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes
Notes
For brownie add-ins, a good rule is:
½ to 1 cup total add-ins per batch
for most standard 8x8 or 9x9 brownie recipes.
Examples:
Chocolate chips: ½–1 cup
Nuts: ½ cup
Crushed cookies: ½ cup
Caramel bits: ½ cup
Peanut butter chips: ½ cup
Mini marshmallows: 1 cup
If you overload brownies with too many mix-ins, they can:
sink
bake unevenly
fall apart when cutting
For really chunky “loaded” brownies, stay closer to 1 cup total combined add-ins.
