  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 2 large eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and ½ cup melted butter until smooth.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients from the jar to the wet ingredients, stirring until a thick dough forms.
  • Scoop 1 ½-tablespoon-sized balls of dough and place them 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are set and tops are crinkled.
  • Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Storage: Store the jar in a cool, dry place for up to 3 months.
