Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 2 large eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and ½ cup melted butter until smooth.
Gradually add the dry ingredients from the jar to the wet ingredients, stirring until a thick dough forms.
Scoop 1 ½-tablespoon-sized balls of dough and place them 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.
