Brownie Batter Cocoa Mix
A rich, decadent cocoa mix that tastes like licking brownie batter from the bowl. Pack it into a quart mason jar for a gift that practically says “Netflix and cozy blanket.”

- 1 ½ cups dry milk powder or coconut milk powder for dairy-free
- ¾ cup powdered sugar powdered monk fruit or allulose
- ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder Dutch-process = richer
- ½ cup brown sugar or brown swerve
- ¼ cup powdered non-dairy creamer optional but adds body
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons espresso powder or instant coffee
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon vanilla powder optional
Instructions
- To make one mug:
- Mix jar well before each use. Combine ¼ cup mix with ¾ cup hot milk or water. Stir until smooth and steamy.
- For that brownie-batter thickness, simmer 1–2 minutes over low heat.
Notes
Makes about 14–16 servings (¼ cup each).
Storage
Keep sealed in a cool, dry place up to 6 months.
